As part of the ongoing “Laura Knight at the Theatre” celebrations, a special talk will be held on ’Dame Laura Knight’s Greatest Performance’ by Dr Pamela Gerrish Nunn, a leading researcher in women’s history and an Associate Professor at the University of Canterbury in New Zealand. Dame Laura Knight was Britain’s leading impressionist painter. All are cordially invited to the talk to be held on 25th September 2008 at the Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Off Maid Marian Way, Nottingham. The talk will start at 15 hours till 16.30 hours.
